By commissioning me, you are agreeing with my Terms and Services (TOS). I have the right to accept and refuse any given art commission request that is out of my capabilities, moral compass, and personal boundaries.╰ 1.) Payment
All payment will be through Paypal, Kofi, VGen, or Gcash ONLY.╰ 2.) Revisions
I make sure to give process updates with my clients. Revisions are unlimited within the sketch or rough draft stage. After proceeding to the lineart, no major revisions are allowed.MINOR revisions (allowed after the lineart stage): color selection errors, skin color changes, skin details, tattoos, background colors and doodles.However, any major revisions requested, where I will need to restart a whole process, an additional $10 will be issued to you per workflow needing to be redone.╰ 3.) Deadlines and Delivery
Art commissions is what I do at night, where I am free from my school’s work load. On top of that, I also manage three content creating accounts on tiktok where I posts my interests and fanart. Although I prioritize my customers commission pieces, I cannot always guarantee a quick and smooth delivery time.Estimated completion and delivery time may vary depending on the complexity of the commission type, and workload.
7 days — 1 month from the start of production. (Estimate)^^ In any events that I am unable to meet the delivery date; I will contact you and you will decide on wether to issue a refund or more time to work.╰ 4.) Use
Personal used artworks may be:
• displayed on personal social media accounts.
• used as a profile picture, banner, wallpaper and etc.
• Edited without heavily modifying the art (this includes liquifying)
• shared with proper credit.
Personal used artworks may NOT:
• Resold as its own, made as NFTs, or fed to an AI
• Tracing/Heavily Modified the art without permission.
• Claim as yours.╰ 5.) Intellectual Property Rights
Unless paid for/agreed upon; I retain all copyright and Intellectual property rights to my commissioned works and designed adoptables.You are free to use the finished work according to my agreed usage terms but purchasing a commission does not transfer the ownership of the artwork or its copyright.I reserve the right to:
• Post the finished artwork to my social media accounts, portfolios, and used as commission examples.
• Use the artwork as a promotional material for my commission, crediting you as the commissioner.╰ 6.) Refunds
If you violate any of my TOS or do not respond to my proposal within 2 weeks — I will have no choice but to cancel your request.— Cancelation BEFORE payment: No fee will be issued
— Cancellation during the rough draft: 50% of the fee will be refunded
— Cancellation at the start of the line art: 30% of the fee will be refunded
Cancellation after the finished product, all rights to the work will be forfeited.╰ 7.) Communication
I prefer to communicate with my clients throught dms (direct messages) through your choice in social media. Although I am more active on discord, instagram, and tiktok, I am flexible depending upon your request.
